Your time is precious, so the MANANDA experience is designed to give you an ideal balance of input and time for yourself.

We will pick you up at the airport and drive you directly to the Sea house.

Start your stay with a welcome drink on the terrace with sea view.

The seminar week is structured in such a way that every day you have the opportunity to rediscover your zest for life through holistic best practices from Yoga, Ayurveda, Body movement, Breath work, Mental Coaching and an unforgettable Mexican Cacao Ceremony and daily Energy treatments and a beautiful hike.

We’ll show you Mallorca off the beaten tourist path.

The accommodation has bright, lovingly and individually designed rooms with double beds, which can be booked as double rooms by individual participants for couples or friends.

If you have always wanted to fulfill your dream of staying in a charming finca on the sunny island and watching the clear starry sky at night over the sea, then you are very welcome.

The Retreat Home is ideally located in Betlem to make Mananda’s stay as comfortable, free and flexible as possible. The rooms have either garden view or sea view. The home is located directly on the ocean and has beach access within walking distance.

Hiking trails are also within walking distance.

“The Mananda Retreat was more than a normal yoga retreat, it was really personal. It was individually tailored to the guests and wishes and needs were addressed – you really felt like an individual and not as a “guest only” – it felt like you were on vacation with friends but working on ourselfs in a very comfortable and trusting atmosphere. It was incredibly inspiring to experience how small, simple steps had a big effect on well-being and how, for example, a simple hike could be combined with processing deep-seated memories/feelings. I had the opportunity to get to know new methods such as breathwork or shaking medicine. I was also able to take home many little tips & tricks for everyday life and Nina is a really wonderful, very sensitive and refreshing person. “

The retreat is highly recommended! My expectations of the yoga retreat were exceeded. The retreat was very varied and the balance between free time and program was top. In addition to the daily yoga, we did a lot of coaching, which had a great added value. Due to the small number of participants, Nina was able to respond individually to each participant and do justice to all. It was a very nice, fun, relaxing and sometimes intense time. The food was always freshly cooked and very tasty.
